1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, bookings, and participation in events, workshops, and retreats organised by Avocado Moon (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking an event or purchasing a ticket via www.avocadomoon.com, you (“you”, “participant”, or “customer”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or, where specified, a deposit.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Eventbrite, WooCommerce).
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include all elements specified in the event description (e.g., meals, activities, accommodation where applicable).
We reserve the right to adjust prices or apply promotions at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. Participation Requirements
Participants must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event.
Avocado Moon is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during participation unless due to proven negligence.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the event type and notice period.
6.1 One-Day Workshops & Events
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a £10 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or no-shows: No refund.
You may request to transfer your booking to another available date or participant (subject to approval).
6.2 One-Day Retreats
Cancellations made 21 or more days before the retreat: Full refund minus a £20 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 8–20 days before the retreat: 50% refund.
Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the retreat or no-shows: No refund.
Transfer to another date or name may be possible depending on availability.
6.3 Multi-Day Retreats (2+ Days)
Because of accommodation and supplier commitments, cancellation periods are longer for multi-day retreats.
Cancellations made 45 or more days before the retreat: Full refund minus a £50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 30–44 days before the retreat: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat or no-shows: No refund.
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable but may be transferable once to another event within 12 months, at our discretion.
6.4 Cancellations by Avocado Moon
In the unlikely event that Avocado Moon must cancel or reschedule an event:
You will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as travel, accommodation, or visa expenses).
7. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to event content, facilitators, or locations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, illness, or venue issues). Any changes will be communicated promptly, and we will always aim to maintain the overall quality and integrity of the experience.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in Avocado Moon events is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to belongings during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participants must have valid travel insurance (for retreats involving overnight stays or travel abroad).
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, texts, images, videos, and creative content provided during events or available on our website remain the intellectual property of Avocado Moon and its collaborators.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data for event administration and communication.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
